This Vintage style wood and stucco Spanish building is centrally located in an area called East Hollywood. It is an area being populated by tenants forced out of the Los Feliz area, due to skyrocketing rents. It is located a few blocks from the Metro and less than 1 block from Santa Monica Blvd.
The Central Hall, two story building is home to 22 studios and jr. one bedroom floorplans with tile or hardwood floors. There are a few garages in the back but mostly street parking only.
We have a laundry room located in the basement.
A few units are all utilities included. Most however, includes gas and water.
