This vintage stucco building is located in the East Hollywood Area. It is located steps off of Santa Monica Blvd and a few block from the Metro at Vermont. The two story center hall beauty is home to 12 oversized units, studios and 1 brs. It is one of our newest and we are in the process of rehabbing the interiors for the 21st century. Some units we have been able to restore the original hardwood, some with new tile flooring. Each unit comes with a refrigerator and stove. We have also added a laundry downstairs in the basement. Kenmore is street parking (permit) only with all utilities included.
