Located in trendy Boyle Heights, this property offers a real variety of apartment sizes and shapes. In the front building there are two large 1 bedroom suites, plus upstairs we have 5 rooms of varying size that share a common kitchen and dining room and two bathrooms. The back building, behind the small courtyard, has two more large 1 bedrooms, plus garages and storage areas. Boulder cam accommodate those on a real budget, as well as someone who wants a fully decked out unit of their own.
We have recently installed tankless waterheaters in each unit, where the tenants pay for gas and electric, while the rooms have all utilities included. The separate units come with stove and refrigerator, upgraded kitchens and baths, tiled floor and much more. The entire building got a facelift not too long ago, and I don’t think you can find a nicer building in the area.
We are a pet friendly building in the separate units, however the shared units are pet free due to the shared hallways, kitchen and dining area.
