Located on the trendy Melrose Hill area in East Hollywood, one of our newest additions is quickly becoming one of our renter’s favorite spots. Call the manager to get a history of how this colorful building was once owned by Paramount Studios to house their out of town starlets while filming at the studio, a few blocks away.
The large studios, designed for starlets, have mostly hardwood floors, large walk in closets and makeup desk areas. All have remodeled kitchens, granite counters, refrigerators and stoves, upgraded bathrooms with tiled baths. Off street parking may also be available in our parking lot in the back.
